I think this redemption was a fraud... it isn't actually happened yet, they just stocked the cheap prizes so every one will go for them eventually and lose the big prizes, what do you say?

Got a mail from paypal, in which there is a link to sign up for a new account, it says as soon as you make an account $25 will be transferred to your account, or if you have already a Paypal account add your email to it,
What does that mean? adding email to it?
