This is not confirmed, but here my opinion on this 'Our Voice' service.
Now a days SMS Marketing is getting very popular. I get texts offering various services by different mobile numbers. They call themselves SOFSOL, i have never subscribed to them, but regularly get their texts. With people registering to services like 'Our Voice' for free, what it will do is 'Our Voice' will have a database of mobile phone numbers. Now they will ask small companies to offer their services through them, and will take a fee in return.
Quite a business, pretty similar to email marketing or how call center companies get hold of numbers and other information.

frenz i joined a group named "Light" on 7111 our voice couple of weeks ago and have been receiving 10 to 20 sms daily , and subscription didnt cost me even a paisa ... and its just like email groups on internet ... after 2 days of subscription i received my frist sms from 7111 ... so please be patient , you will start revceive msgs after a little time .
to unsubscribe the service just type "STOP" without quotes and send it to 7111 ...
