indian CID website IS hacked by pakistani Hackerz named "ZombiE_KsA"  recently !! www.cidap.gov.in

how a hacker get into a secure site........What kind of Knowledge required for hacking  eg. Networking, Programming, or others.....More questions about hacking are wandering in my mind......But want to a solid answer the first two...
