Hello i am very sure that this is the case. I am getting 230 kb/s on downloads but only 35kb/s on upload. My Speedtest is:




Can anyone confirm this?

Yes as Rokra has mentioned in his above linked article the upload and download speeds are not 1:1 anymore sadly. It used to be before they upgraded their packages. It may have been done due to bandwith limitations or to constrain it in order for them to be able to provide faster download speeds!

Myelin i'm also on 2Mbps package and my result is exactly same as yours. Upload has gone below 1/4th of download it seems.
