Guys there are a lot of pauses while streaming of youtube. wats problem??

It could be multiple.please be more specific.

I am using 1Mb Qubee WiMax Connection, Download speed shown is 1.10 Mbps, still lot of pauses at the start of a video, what could be the problem?
