Hello,

I got windows 7 on my PC but when I start the machine I get this error message: "this version of Audio ESP is not intended for this Operating System".

I searched Google but cannot find the right driver. Please help me.

This seems to be sound driver issue. Check and change to the correct one.

If it is a laptop then goto its website and download drivers from support option. If its desktop then u will have to check its motherboard model number and make then download drivers from its website.

Your soundcard whether built in OR discrete seems to be of soundmax.

Are you using laptop or desktop/tower.? In either case plz mention MAKE and exact MODEL.

Is the sound card built in OR is it discrete?

The good thing about win7 is that you don't have to worry about device drivers. What flavor of win7 are you using e.g. win7 home or ultimate?
Have you tried updating your OS from MS?

Search for smax4pnp.exe , open its properties , and set it to run under Windows XP compatibility mode.
