I have been trying to get the worldcall people to come over to fix the problem but everytime they say the same thing, "we will try to resolve it in 24 hours". It has been 5 days now, no response from them so far. my cable signals are going from bad to worse.
Has anybody good the name and phone number (perhaps cell number) of their manager who is in charge of fixing these problems at worldcall.
Information regarding this will be very helpful and thanks in advance
