Around 70,000 Rupees(500 Pounds) is my price range. I'm looking for a laptop that has a dedicated graphic card, is either i5 or amd quad core, and has around 6gb ram.
Should I buy this one: http://h40059.www4.h...perience=direct
or can I get a better one for the same price?

Thanks :)

According to me if you are already spending a very decent money to buy laptop then you should go for Apple macbook and choose a good model around 90,000.

First of all, if you are in Pakistan, never buy it with AMD, secondly i won't recommend you HP, usually HP laptops start giving you problems after 5-7 months. In you budget i guess this is the best deal

I'll suggest to go with second generation Core i5 or Core i7 with dedicated graphics of at least 1 GB. Any international brand will be good. But please, oh please, do not buy Apple. It's crazy to give double-the-price for same hardware.

I agree. I'm not a fan of HP either. If you want a good machine, go for an IBM T410. You won't get it brand new, the brand new one costs Rs. 125,000 +. Refurbished is for Rs. 65,000. You can get it from ICS Computers. It's one of the best machines IBM has made and in my personal opinion a refurbished T410 is better than any Dell or HP. I've used refurbished IBM's twice ever since I started using laptops, first a T42 and then a T60P. Both excellent machines.

I recommend T410.

I'd recommend Lenovo B570. It's built to last, and is way better than both Dell & HP.
