I m using 2mb PTCL link .. we are using 1 PC and a laptop.. Problem is that when my brother start streaming alot of videos on Laptop my game starts lagginG.. can i limit download speed of firefox or whole laptop??
PC is connected through PTCL cable while laptop is connected through Qubee device which is run by PTCL cable..
Is there any way to limit download speed of PC or selected software without router..??

NetLimiter 3.0 You need to install it on all those computers on which you want to limit the download speed for some specific applications or whole PC.
