Does PTA responds to complains?

Faran, they do. Since Mush regime, PTA has been doing its best to address consumer complaints.

Yes, They reply and take actions even on single complaint.
This is my personal experiance 2 in row.
1- They forced WORLDCALL to retun my security deposit.
2- They forced PTCL to fix my office internet connection

I tried them once, and they responded. BUT, their response was a bit late (4 days maybe), and during that time, the problem was solved. But once they took notice, I started getting calls from multiple numbers, confirming if my problem was solved or not. That's the power of PTA and you'll be very pleased with the results if they respond on time! That's one way to kick those dumb @r53s at PTCL.

All kind of complaints related to cellular networks operators, ISPs, and other related stuff. But you first need to exhaust all possible customer services methods (directly contacting the contact numbers, emails etc. listed by the company). After you have exhausted all possible customer service of the said company and if your problem is still not solved then you can contact PTA to intervene in your problem and try to force the company the solve the problem.

It's like anti-biotic, if you use it too much and too frequently then it can create problem by having anti-biotic resistance bacteria. So use it with caution.

Theyr Snail slow in responding to cumplain, ppl dan hav to go there persnally and beg them to fix thier problem. <_<

Yes they response every complaint. yesterday i sent email and today i got email from PTA.
