Started playing Mass Effect 3. Gotta say, as of yet it's atleast 10 times better than Mass Effect 1 (IMO). And I'm not having much difficulty understanding the plot either, so kudos to Bioware for making it like that. If it keeps my interests up till the end, then I'm gonna try ME2 aswell.

You're ruining your experience, if you ask me. If you need imported ME1, ME2 saves for ur ME 3, drop me a PM. You will have one hell of an experience.

^ Nah, I'm fine. As i said, if i really like it till the end, then I'm gonna play ME2 aswell (maybe I'll even try playing ME1 again), and then continue sequentially. I'll get to play ME3 twice, with making different choices than my first gameplay.

There will be some choices you will not be able to utilize if you don't import the saves. Oh well, you will feel the difference in your next playthrough.

So, i finished Mass Effect 1! (yeah, i didn't continue my ME3 playthrough, instead i started anew from the first one). I must say the game turned out quite better than the first time i tried playing it in those 2 hours, so deffury was right to suggest me to give it more time. And now i also agree with JDK's suggestion to play from 1 to 3, as now i know much more about the Mass Effect universe.

So anyways, I've got a question for you guys (only those who've played it multiple times). At the end of the game, you're given the choice to save the council or let them die. What should i choose to import into ME2? What would turn out better in the sequels? Personally, i totally wanna kill those jerks. But unfortunately I've played as a paragon, so that choice doesn't suit up with my character...

^ What you choose to do will effect your war assets in ME 3. Choose wisely, either be a savior, or a total jerk. Play full paragon the first time through, then renegade. Also, be sure to make every single one of your squad mates survive the suicide mission, makes ME3 that much satisfying. I'd very highly recommend that you download every single DLC of Mass Effect 2 (kasumi, zaeed, shadow broker, overlord, arrival) dlcs and finish them. I missed the shadow broker, overlord and arrival dlc, so regret doing so. They add up pretty nicely in the main story in ME3. Be a completionist and complete every single side quest u can find in the first 2 games, your game in the 3rd will much much more satisfying. Also, delay the ending of ME3 as much as you can, because once you end it, you'll probably never want to play it again

I've only played once with my character import all the way from ME 1, and after beating once, i honestly have no heart left to play the 3rd again.

^ I've already started playing it. Anyways, i chose to save the council afterall, and imported my character nicely to ME2. At first i was worried that ME2 face import will ruin my ME1 shepard's face, but i was pleasantly surprised to see the same face with updated graphical details. Anyways, hopefully my experience with ME2 is gonna be as good if not better than the first one.

As for ME3 ending, i already know what it is... and i don't really care about that.

Finished Mass Effect 2. The game is mostly improved over the first one except a few minor things. Other than that, the ending didn't had the excitement or the satisfaction of the first one either, but i guess they saved it for the third one. Anyways, loved it!

Man, you're gonna love the 3rd one I tell you, considering you played all the DLCs released for ME2. I begun my 2nd playthrough of ME3, this time making sure i had played all dlcs of ME2, boy are there things that I missed

^ I did most major DLCs except the firewalker ones. My personal favorite was the "Lair of the Shadow Broker".

Oh, and i chose to destroy the Collector Base. It suited better with my Paragon Shepard, and i don't trust Cerberus anyways.
